Dialectical Behavior Therapy Groups

16 Week Groups

DBT skills can help to reduce challenging behaviors and cope with sudden or intense surges of emotion. 

In this group students will learn how to:
• more effectively manage intense emotions
• live more fully in the present moment
• more effectively communicate and express their needs
• more effectively negotiate relationships


Skills covered in this workshop include:
• Mindfulness
• Emotion Regulation
• Distress Tolerance
• Interpersonal Effectiveness

Groups are self-pay at a cost of $50 per 90-minute weekly group session.
